Your initial consultation is the starting point. This consultation aims to gain a deep understanding of you and your health concerns / goals. Your qualified naturopathic practitioner assesses things such as medical and family history, lifestyle, diet and the function of your body systems. This information allows your practitioner to create a bespoke care plan and recommendations that are aligned with you and your health goals.
Alongside your individualised plan, you may receive a naturopathic prescription which may include herbal and/or nutraceutical medicine. We prescribe with intention and consider any medication or collaborative care you may be undergoing.
Where indicated, your practitioner may recommend testing such as blood tests or functional tests such as microbiome tests to further understand the underlying factors that may be affecting your health.

Complimentary Call $0 (15 min)
Santal Health offers complimentary calls to answer your questions about working with us, if naturopathy is right for you and to discuss how we may be able to support you. Your complimentary call serves as a touch point with your practitioner prior to booking your initial consultation.

Review Consultations $120 (30 min)
Review consultations follow your initial appointment. Your practitioner will review your plan, progress, any pathology findings or testing as you continue to implement sustainable changes towards your health goals.
